This Refund Policy explains how subscription charges, trials, refunds, and cancellations work for Pilot My Career. It supplements our Terms of Service and is designed to be fair and transparent.
Subscription terms
Paid plans are billed in advance for the selected interval (for example, monthly or annual) through our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel in accordance with this policy. Prices and plan features are described at checkout and in product settings.
Free preview (no card required)
New accounts receive a 7-day in-app preview to explore core readiness tools and Mental Fitness without entering payment details. This is not a Stripe subscription trial — no payment method is collected during the preview.
After seven days, paid-only areas (such as exports and unlimited AI) remain locked until you subscribe to Pro. Pro checkout through Stripe charges immediately at the rate shown at checkout.
Refund eligibility
Because the Services are delivered digitally, all fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except:
- Where required by applicable law;
- Where we fail to provide the Services due to a material fault on our side and cannot remedy it within a reasonable time;
- Where explicitly stated in writing by Pilot My Career as part of a promotion or guarantee.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact support promptly with your account email and transaction details so we can investigate.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing or subscription management interface we provide (processed via Stripe where applicable). Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current billing period unless a refund is granted under this policy or applicable law. You will typically retain access to paid features until the end of the period you already paid for.
Chargebacks and disputes
Before initiating a chargeback, please contact us—we can often resolve billing questions quickly. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension to prevent further misuse.
