Pilot My Career (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides an AI-assisted career navigation platform. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit our website, create an account, or use our services. • Supabase (or similar infrastructure) for authentication, database storage, and related backend services.
• Stripe for payment processing and subscription management.
• Analytics providers to understand aggregate usage patterns and improve the product.
• AI model providers when you submit prompts or documents for analysis; inputs may be transmitted to vendors under contractual safeguards appropriate to the service.

These providers process information only as directed by us and in line with their roles. Their use of data may also be governed by their respective privacy policies.

Accuracy of AI outputs: Processing your information through AI features does not guarantee accurate or complete results. AI-generated outputs may be incorrect or inappropriate for your situation. You should verify important information independently. Pilot My Career does not warrant AI outputs and is not liable for decisions you make based on them, subject to our Terms of Service and Disclaimer.

Where Pilot My Career processes personal information on behalf of an organization (for example, under a business subscription), we may enter into a Data Processing Addendum that describes roles, permitted processing, security expectations, subprocessors, and cross-border safeguards. Children’s privacy

The platform is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
